- Experience with sales tools (CRM, email sequences, LinkedIn)

- Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital agencies
- Knowledge of Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

Hard Skills
- Native Spanish speaker
- English C1+ (for European prospects) - preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems

- LinkedIn prospecting skills
Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting (70%)
- Execute cold email sequences using tools like Apollo or Lemlist
- Send personalized LinkedIn messages
- Make cold calls to decision makers
- Build and maintain prospect lists by industry
- Provide insights on which messages work and which sectors respond best
Follow-up and Nurturing (10%)
- Follow up with non-responsive leads
- Prepare post-meeting follow-up emails
- Keep HubSpot updated
- Nurture cold leads until they're ready to engage
Events and Networking (10%)
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and marketing/ecommerce events
- Generate leads in person
- Represent Dreamshot in the Spanish and European markets
Learning and Development (10%)
- Listen to sales calls
- Study success cases and common objections
- Improve sequences based on data
