All Dreamshot employees.
Policy
Work Model
Dreamshot operates as a fully remote company. Employees can work from any location within compatible time zones.
Equipment
The company provides:
- Laptop (MacBook or equivalent)
- Essential software licenses
- Other equipment as needed for your role
Employees are responsible for:
- Maintaining a suitable workspace
- Reliable internet connection
- Keeping equipment in good condition
Working Hours
- Core hours: 10:00 - 14:00 CET (for team overlap and meetings)
- Flexible hours: Remaining hours can be distributed as needed
- Standard workweek is 40 hours unless otherwise agreed in your contract
Communication Expectations

In-Person Meetings
Occasional in-person team gatherings may be organized. Travel costs will be covered by the company.
Time Tracking
All employees must log their working hours in Factorial as required by Spanish law (RD-ley 8/2019).
How to Set Up Your Remote Workspace
- Ensure you have a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Test your internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended)
- Set up your company laptop with required software
- Configure your calendar to show availability during core hours
- Join required Slack channels
