Vaultwarden - Company Password Manager
What is Vaultwarden
Vaultwarden is Dreamshot's self-hosted password manager, built on the open-source Bitwarden protocol. All company credentials (tools, integrations, shared accounts) are stored here - never in plain text, chat, or email.
All credentials must be stored and shared exclusively through Vaultwarden. Sharing passwords outside the vault is a security violation.
Access the vault
- Open vault.j4v5.com
- Log in with your Dreamshot Google account (SSO) - or with your email + master password if SSO is not configured
- You should see the shared organisation vault with company credentials
Install the browser extension
- Go to Chrome Web Store → search "Bitwarden"
- Install → click the extension icon → "Log in"
- Server URL: enter
https://vault.j4v5.com(self-hosted instance - NOT bitwarden.com) - Log in with your credentials
- The extension will auto-fill passwords on recognised sites
Find and use a credential
- Open the vault or click the extension
- Search by name or URL
- Click the item → "Copy password" or let autofill handle it
Add a new credential
- Click "+" → New item
- Fill: Name, Username, Password, URL
- Save to the correct Collection (the team/department folder)
Share a credential with a colleague
- Use Collections - never copy/paste credentials over chat
- Add the item to the shared Collection the colleague has access to
The Bitwarden extension autofills credentials on all recognised sites. You rarely need to open the vault manually.
